Booking Retainer Fee

A non-refundable booking retainer fee of 150.00 is required to secure a date and time. This retainer is deducted from your total invoiced balance due.

Driver Fee

Please note that all trolley wedding event pricing listed above does not include the driver fee. Each individual event will include a 15% industry standard driver fee that will be added to your total invoiced charges. The driver fee charged is not a tip. A tip for your driver is not required, but is greatly appreciated. Please note driver fee pricing on party bus events as listed with each specific vehicle.

Travel Surcharge Zone

The trolleys will cover a 100 mile radius of Cedar Rapids for your event. An additional delivery surcharge will be added after the trolleys have traveled 20 miles one way from  Cedar Rapids. For events outside of the 20 mile area all rentals will require a 2 hour minimum rental fee and fuel surcharge. Exceptions to the 2 hour minimum rental policy are Iowa City and Coralville area weddings. A fuel surcharge of 35.00 will be added to all Iowa City and Coralville area weddings. Please inquire for a price quote on your specific event destination.
